Sales & Marketing Manager

Guaranteed Compensation: $75,000

Target Earnings: $150,000+ (Performance-Based Bonus paid bi-weekly)

Comprehensive Paid Training Period: Starting at $100,000 during a 90-day training period

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to move-in. This role blends hands-on sales execution with the ability to work with the on-site Marketing Director to influence lead generation efforts, allowing you to shape both the buyer journey and the broader marketing strategy. You’ll build meaningful relationships, drive sales momentum, and influence a team to contribute to the overall success of the community. Your key responsibilities include:

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Master the Sales Process: Start in a direct sales role, engaging with prospective residents and their families through phone calls, home visits, events, and tours.
  • Drive Occupancy Growth: Implement and refine sales and marketing strategies that achieve measurable goals.
  • Lead & Develop the Team: Once trained, begin mentoring and guiding the sales team toward collective success.
  • Influence Marketing Strategy: Partner with the Marketing Director to shape lead generation and outreach campaigns.
  • Track Sales Metrics: Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, conversions, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with Community Teams: Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations to support smooth move-ins and ongoing success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Success: A history of consistently exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Leadership Aspirations: Demonstrated ability to mentor or coach peers; eager to grow into a formal leadership role.
  • Relationship-Driven Approach: High emotional intelligence is essential. You’ll need to navigate sensitive, emotional decisions with care and empathy, ensuring clients feel supported and confident during what can be a vulnerable time.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Thrives in a role where you manage your own sales process with discipline and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive communication with both individuals and groups.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing a CRM system to manage and track sales activity (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sales and/or Leadership Experience (Senior Living Not Required): At least five years in sales role and/or leadership role is required. Senior living experience is a plus, but not necessary.
